Muy buen producto con texto en español para simplificar el seguimiento diario de la medicación. De fácil manejo y con versatilidad de opciones para incorporarlo en cualquier entorno.
It's been very helpful, and I also liked the history behind the development this device, thank you!
Initially I was thinking we needed this for my Mom who occasionally forgets one pill that she had to take with food. As I was thinking about it, to be fair, when my days are busy I often can't remember if I took my vitamins and supplements. This looked parochial at first however the simplicity of the frame and colors makes it incredibly easy to keep track and remind me if I did or did not take my supplements. This is straightforward enough for youngsters to use as well as adults.
I got this Health Medication Tracker from Persistence Health for my mom because she's been having issues remembering things. It's a handy board with sliders to track up to three doses per day over a week. It has several mounting options - a built in stand to set it on a tabletop, built-in magnets to attach to a fridge or other panel, command strips to hang it on whatever you have handy, and a screw mount to attach it to a wall or some other vertical surface. It comes with a set of stickers to repurpose it for pet use, or to make custom labels so you can use it the way you need to use it.It's a dead simple way to visually track your meds - as long as you remember to slide the knob when you take them!
Such a simple but amazing item that makes remembering to take meds a breeze. Or from my experience of working with the elderly, not only helping them remember to take their meds, but a way to show them that they had indeed ALREADY taken their meds that day.I will add to that this is not just helpful for the elderly who may or may not be starting to have memory issues but I can also see this being very helpful for the busy younger individual who may either be on daily meds long term or short term. I recently needed to take a med twice daily. As a busy working parent. I’m often running around from one activity to another. I would dutifully, but absent mindedly, pop my morning dose while thinking about the many other things that I needed to get to in the very immediate future. An hour or so later I would think back, “Did I take my med already this morning or not?” Not proud to admit it but that happened more than a few times. With this handy dandy item, as long as I remembered to move the lever to the right spot (which I would do as I would position this near the medication bottle itself), I wouldn’t have to question myself. This item is a nice size with large enough font to be able to read/understand easily. It can be hung on a wall, attached to a magnetic surface (ie refrigerator) or propped easel style to stand on its own. What an amazing aid this will be to help people of all ages. Seriously, one of my best finds this year!
Persistence Health Medication Tracker & Pill ReminderWe are using this to help our young child track the feedings of some his animals. This came with vinyl stickers to put over the "have you taken your medicine" that is already printed onto the plastic and we used a little label maker to make it fit our purpose. The tracker is very easy to use. While it is not the highest grade of materials, it's perfectly functional and is more durable than I expected. It comes with little magnets on the back so it easily attaches to our stainless steel fridge, which makes it harder to lose since the tracker can "walk away" or get buried under anything. The tabs are simple and move positions well, but are also not so flimsy that they move on their own. Our son has had no issues using it on his own and it has helped him immensely in remembering which of his animals have been fed and which have not. I think if this is used as a pill tracker (as it is labeled and intended to be), this would be a convenient tool for those with limited dexterity, as the tabs aren't hard to maneuver back and forth, while also brightly colored so it's obvious to read. The only thing that keeps this from being a 5 star rating is the material quality...yes, it is a budget friendly option, but would have loved to see it made from a little sturdier material and with a little better built quality. We already had to hot glue one of the magnets back on and I fear one bad fall onto the floor will break this.
This review is for the Persistence Health medication tracker. This is such a simple device and yet if you have a need for this, it’s an easy way to solve a problem. Did I take my medicine today? This small slider-based device will let you manually state whether you did or not. Going from white (no) to green (yes), you will visually see easily whether or not you completed your task. You can use the included stickers to label the types of medicines (up to 3), the people, or anything else you like. A great, simple product.
This Medication Tracker & Pill Reminder is really well-put together. It's super helpful for keeping track of your morning, noon, and evening meds or vitamins. It is solidly built and easy to use. There are a few ways to display it - you can prop it up on your desk, hang it on the wall, or even stick it to your fridge thanks to the built-in magnets. I also appreciate that it can be used to keep track of other daily tasks, like stretching or working out.
I'd found that sometimes I forgot to take pills, inspite of setting an alarm. Sometimes I'd get distracted on the way to taking them. I'm made a little paper chart so I'd have a visual before going to bed, but then had to remake the chart each week. This is a great visual that can be set upright and its easy to simply slide a tab over when taking pills. This also would have been handy to keep track of whether someone in the house gave pet meds or not... for ease of coordination. This is plastic, and much sturdier than I expected. Excellent helper/reminder tool!
This plastic medication tracker is a simple concept but that is why it works. By sliding the reminder tabs left or right it can indicate whether or not you have taking your medications. The tracker can either be placed on top of a counter or tabletop using the built in frame. It also includes self stick Velcro tabs for hanging on a wall and there is a nail slot on the back also for hanging on a wall. I like that it is organized for 7 days worth of medication and that there are 3 columns which could be used to track morning, afternoon and evening medications. Please see my photos.
So many trackers/chore charts are designed for very young kids that you feel like a kid using them. I needed one for a transitioning adult learning habits. This fit the bill perfectly. They had enough spaces for a variety of items, plus found it not embarrassing to have where company might see it.
My elderly mom uses this to help her remember if she has taken her medicine. The device works perfectly and does help my mom with her medication schedules. Very good!
This piece is very well made and very thoughtfully designed. It does what it says it does, of course. But the tactile feel of each slider is very nice. It does not feel flimsy. Not only does it stand up, but the stand folds completely flat so that it can stick on something metal with the built in magnets, OR it can hang on a nail, OR it can hang by the INCLUDED command strip that fits neatly into a recessed spot on the back that's obviously there specifically for the command strip. And on top of all that, I ordered this thinking it would be handy for me to keep track of other daily tasks, and that I'd just have to figure out a way to change the text once it got here. NOPE. It comes with blank sticker strips so you can make it say whatever you want! Amazing.
The eye catching simplicity of this product is a little deceptive. I have this cheery little reminder sitting on my kitchen table where I have my medications. (No children in the house, so I can do that.) Sometimes I have forgotten if I’ve taken them on the days I refill my pill minder. Not taking meds or taking too much of certain medications could cause an emergency situation for me. I make sure to slide the reminder as soon as I’ve taken my medication so that that doesn’t happen. It’s a big help.
This tracker will come in very handy as a visual reminder to mark if a medicine has been taken. I got it to try out for a family member that needs to take a medication three times a day and struggles to remember to both take it and if they took it. I am hoping this will help with keeping things straight, assuming they remember to mark it off. The board is very versatile, has stickers to allow for customization and multiple ways to place or mount it. It is well thought out and designed. Very happy with it.
I love how simple, easy and visual this is. This is all a pill tracker needs to be. I also think it is useful how you can stand it up, hang it or use the built-in magnets to put it on a fridge. It’s clear, tactile and easy to read so it would be great for anyone with a visual impairment. It is bigger than we expected, roughly 5x7, but depending on what you need it for, that might be a good thing.
Completely made out of plastic with 4 strong magnets on the back to put on the fridge. All of the sliders work well and are very easy to read. The only part that is a bit too flimsy is the plastic stand, it works but I feel that could of been a bit thicker or sturdier somehow. Overall This tracker works extremely well, if you are not a fan of pill organizers this can easily replace that.
I am impressed by how well thought out this medicine tracker is. It is a simple yet effective design. The board itself is thicker than I had expected. The writing is large and easy to read. It is easy to move the sliders back and forth. The thing I appreciate most is that a variety of display options are built into the design. It has a thin leg that enables it to stand up. There are magnets, a tack hole, and a place for 3M Velcro (included) on the back of the board. Stickers are also included to personalize the board to fit my needs. I knew that this would be useful for tracking medications. Now I think I need a few more for tracking other daily habits. I love it!!
Easy to use nice size to be able to see. Keeps track when you don’t necessarily remember everything that you’ve done. Great for those maintenance medication’s even great for using for keeping track of your kids or your pets. Perfect edition to regular medication use
I think this Medication Tracker & Pill Reminder Display with the sliding buttons is brilliant!! Seriously the older I get the more I forget whether I've taken my required daily medicines or not. If I'm daydreaming at all when I 'm doing it- I could not tell you seconds later whether I swallowed any of my pills or not!!! This seems so handy a way to visually record as you are doing it, so the question doesn't come up after- "did I take my medicine?!!!" And especially for medicines that are trickier, like you need to take them more than once a day- this sign is perfect! It allows for taking something 3 times a day, morning, midday, and evening. This sign has a satisfyingly solid feel to it. It has a stand you can angle out on the back to set it on a countertop, or there is hole also built into the back so you can hang it on a nail or picture hanger on the wall if you prefer. The slides are very easy to move both forward and back. It comes with a few sticky-backed Velcro patches so you can stick it to something that way (I'm not sure why you would do that, and also the adhesive on the back of those Velcro patches didn't' seem all that sticky to me.) Also, it comes with a few stickers if you want to cover up the I, II, and III headings and instead write different people's names in the family. (If you do that, you can only choose 3 people and then it only will give them one medicine/time a day that it is either yes or no on, they won't all have 3 options.) All in all, I think this medicine tracking sign is great- both a great idea and well executed (other than the iffy Velcro tape,) and should help me keep track of my medicine taking easier.
What a great, simple reminder. Take your medicine and flip the appropriate switch. Wonder if you took that dose an hour ago? - just look at the reminder. I tend to use it for a daily tablet I need to take with supper. Since it's something I do around the same time every single night, I either have to put them in a pill organizer so I can track them, or I do what I'm doing now - using this tracker. While this is a great aid for the elderly, everyone can benefit. The key is to have the tracker on hand while you're taking the medicine. I would certainly recommend one for each person in a household that takes pills on a regular basis.
Sometimes I forget to take my medication/vitamins, and this tracker has made a huge difference. The visual reminder system is simple yet effective, and it ensures I don't miss a dose.I was happy with how well it worked for me that I got one for my parents too. They needed an extra measure of reminder, and this tracker has provided them with peace of mind. It's been a great addition to our daily routines!
- The box includes long stickers to cover the printed words at the top, and you can make your own daily reminder board. Did I journal, meditate, exercise, etc. today? Each task can be checked off.- Each slider is easy to slide but has slight resistance, so it won’t accidentally slide if the tablet is tilted.- A kickstand is built in so the tablet can be set upright on a table. The back has 4 strong magnets, allowing it to stick to the fridge. A peg hole is notched into the back so the tablet can hang on the wall like a picture.- I think this is a great analog reminder tool that can be used without a smartphone or another app.
This review is for: Medication Tracker & Pill Reminder | Visual Reminder Alarm | 7 Day, 3 Times a Day | Take and Slide | No More Second-guessing or Double-dosing | Perfect for The ElderlyI have this hanging on my stove vent over my stove. It's close to the counter where I take my medications and supplements.First of all, the stand works fine, but it can also be flipped up to the top so that you can hang it from the top as well. There are also magnets built into the back so that you can stick it to a refrigerator or something else. I'm kind of using both the handle and the magnets. I have it stuck to the side of my stove vent using the magnets, but just to make sure it doesn't fall down, I put three additional magnets above it and have the stand/ handle hanging from those. So it is hanging from the stand and using the magnets at the same time to make sure it won't drop. The switches work great. This is really helping me keep track of my medication since I take them three times a day. Also, I put a little sticky note next to my Tuesday p.m. meds that says "garbage" to remind me to take the garbage out that evening.
