Place the med reminder somewhere you can easily notice it throughout the day (so you don’t have to remember to look at the it!). E.g. on the counter where you keep your meds, on your wall near your desk, in the bathroom, on your fridge etc.

Slide to green immediately after you’ve taken your meds so you don’t get confused later on.

Try to form a habit of sliding the buttons and resetting the whole reminder at the same time each day/ week.
